This jacket is designed for versatility, from ice climbing, skiing in the cold, or running errands about town. It stuffs 800-fill Traceable Down behind a ripstop face fabric made from recycled materials. It also has a DWR treatment, zippered hand pockets, and an internal pocket that works as a stuff sack.

The uber-popular Nano Puff is all about warmth without weight. Its ability to pack down and disappear when not needed is a big part of its appeal. When you do want to trap some body heat, a light layer of PrimaLoft Gold Eco insulation is there for you.

Waterproof DryVent shell and 850-fill down insulation is the Gotham jacket’s defense against wet weather and frigid temps. It has zippered hand pockets, an adjustable hood with a faux-fur ruff, and a media-compatible pocket.

This full-zip skirt makes it easy to add or remove a layer of insulation around your seat. It’s designed to fit close to the body and allow room for apres pants or jackets over it.

Backcountry teamed up with GORE-TEX to create a hardshell down parka. Ideally, this parka will keep moisture out and allow some to escape while the goose down traps body heat.

This parka aims for packability when it’s not needed and has an adjustable hood, wrist gaiters, a vented back hem, and a two-way zipper.

The North Face designed these bib pants for weatherproof performance and breathability for heavy powder conditions. The brand chose a DryVent membrane for protection from the elements and its breathability traits. These bibs come with adjustable suspenders, pockets for stashing essentials, and thigh vents for airing out.

The Powderqueen Bibs are made with four-way-stretch fabric and a waterproof, windproof membrane. They have fully taped seams, ankle gaiters, side vent zippers, and belt loops at the waist for a powder skirt. A two-way barn door zipper in the back is there for pitstops.

These spring-season softshell bib pants emphasize stretch and breathability. Burton uses its Living Lining, designed to move with you through all your touring motions. The DryRide membrane is there to resist light snow while the mesh-lined vents allow you to dump excess heat. For bathroom breaks, these bibs have a drop-seat zipper.

The Powline is a wet-weather jacket with a two-layer GORE-TEX laminate. Inside, Burton uses fully recycled insulation for warmth. Rider features include several pockets, a helmet-compatible hood, and zippered underarm vents.

The Winter Clearance Sale will update throughout the month with new additions, so check back for new big-savings deals. Backcountry says the sale “covers head-to-toe apparel” as well as winter hardgoods.
